In Calabria, Tramontana family, is all the time associated to the good wine. The business started at the end of 1800, when the progenitor build up the wine industry that boasted, up to today, a big success.
In the 1928, with the licence no. 43, the business was trasferred to Vincenzo.
He planted several vineyards, enlarge the winery and began the wine selling.
In 1985 Antonio the first Vincenzo's son made iportant innovation in the wine production. He renewed the winery and began the bottling of the wine produced with grapes coming from sunny vineyards of Sicilia, Costa Viola and Arghillà.
Genuineness and the respect of tradition bring at the compny an important role in Calabria and in the wine making field.
Today the wine industry Tramontana is managed by Vincenzo and his son Antonio.
The wine production follow the highest quality standard controlling the culivation, the grapes selection and assuring the best method of vinification. The result of these process is a product of Hight quality.
